US 2-stage rocket released from a Boeing 747-400 from the USA and possibly from Japan and Brazil (Alcantara). Aims to orbit 200 kg to sun-synchronous and 400 kg to LEO. Should cost $10 million per launch

The company filled for Chapter 11 in April 2023. Some assets should be purchased by Electron.
