New Glenn

From Blue Origin. Not to be confused with the New Shepard which is the vehicle for space tourism.

2 versions: 2 and 3 stage. First stage is reusable (7 natural gas BE-4 engines), will have GEO capability. The 2-stage version is 98 m tall and 7 m in diameter. Upper stages use liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen BE-3U engines.

Has received a NASA contract to launch satellites upto 250 kg in 200 km orbit and 28.5°.

The BE-4 engine is more than 4 years late, might ship in early 2022.

Status: first launch now planned in 2024
