The Mirka capsule built by Kayser-Threde and Jena-Optronik GmbH is a 154 kg 1m diameter sphere which contains a 40 kg payload. Onboard will be the following experiments:
Heatin (Heatshield Instrumentation)
Raflex (Rarefied Flow Experiment)
Pyrex (Pyrometer Experiment)
Mirka's re-entry capabilities were tested.
