2010.
First of 3 planned spacecraft GPS augmentation constellation. With the Tundra
orbit, the satellites appear at high elevation angles during part of the day,
convenient for high building environment.
In 2016, 3 new satellites are annouced for FY 2017 and 3 more in FY 2023.
