Was to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the launch of Sputnik 01, but a bit late!

45 kg. Unpressurized platform. Built by ISS Reshetnev (formerly NPO PM) as an experimental satellite dedicated to scientific, research, technological and educational missions.

The Yubileiny satellite was the first satellite built by Reshetnev without using a pressurised payload container: instead of that the satellite was based on a multifunctional unpressurised satellite platform.
