ISS mission: ISS Kibo Exposed Facility and Kibo ELM Exposed Section
Bevo 1 (UT Austin) & AggieSat 2 (Texas A&M) is a picosat mission
sponsored under NASA JPL's DRAGONSAT program. The mission is to test a GPS unit
designed and built in house by NASA Johnson. The 2 satellites were launched
attached together, and separation failed. Approx 3 kg each.
Bevo 1 transmits on 437.325 MHz while AggieSat 2 on 436.250 MHz.
Ande (Atmospheric Neutral Density Experiment) 2 are two spherical (19"
diameter) microsatellites. The main objective is to measure the total
atmospheric density between 100 and 400 km. The density data that is gathered
will be used to improve orbit determination calculations of the orbits of
resident space objects. Both satellites will be tracked by the Satellite Laser
Ranging (SLR) system and the U.S. Space Surveillance Network (SSN). These
satellites have the same dimensions, but have different masses. Transmit on
145.825 MHz
