National Broadband Network

Australian telecommunication program by NBN Co Limited to provide broadband access to the whole population. NBN was created by the Australian government to procure and deploy broadband access for all Australians.

Initial deployment should procure 12 Mbps downlink (1 Mbps upload) speed to users.

The 2 satellites are worth $668 million
