US program from Swarm Technologies for a constellation of 300 LEO satellites operating in 137-138 MHz (uplink) and 148-149.95 MHz (downlink) at altitudes between 300 and 585 km. Store and forward devices. Each satellite to weigh 0.6 kg.

Was authorized by the FCC in Oct 2019, 50% of the fleet must be in place by 17 Oct 2025.

Acquired by SpaceX in mid-2021.


24 satellites will be launched by Falcon in late-2020, procured through Exolaunch
