Chinese civilian remote sensing program with hyperspectral capability developed by the China Academy of Space Technology.

The program comprises satellites from the CBERS program (launched in 1999) and others previously in the DFH generic program. The numbering suggests there are 3 series.

Two buses are known to be used: Phoenix Eye 1 for the CBERS and Phoenix Eye 2 for others?

The 3 ZiYuan-2 satellites are thought to be for military purposes.
