Satellite worth $196 million

The satellite was destroyed on the launch pad when the rocket exploded.

Was to replace Amos 2 and to provide internet connectivity for African and Asian markets. Entire Ka-band capacity was contracted by Eutelsat and Facebook during 5 years, for $95 million. Only 18 Ka-band transponders were to be usable simultaneously at full power.
Additionnaly IAI was ordered to pay $10 million to Spacecom for late delivery of the spacecraft.
