The payload leverages the latest evolution of the Goodrich SYERS-2 multi-spectral sensor, the primary imaging sensor used on the U-2 reconnaissance plane.
Goodrich is also providing a ground segment that formats the data from the sensor payload to be compatible with the downstream processing, exploitation, and dissemination used for the operational SYERS-2 sensor.
